The number of Arab leaders who visited Jerusalem when it was under Arab rule (1948 to 1967) is...?
[Note by Tom Gross]
I attach a numerical analysis of the Middle East situation, compiled by US radio talk-show host Dennis Prager.
Although some of you may find this one-sided, it should nevertheless be sober thought for journalists on this list whose reporting has failed to reflect some of these unfortunate realities.
THE BBC'S SYMPATHETIC LOOK AT GAZA'S JEWS
I know from sources inside the BBC that my piece ("Living in a Bubble: The BBC's very own Mideast foreign policy" www.nationalreview.com/comment/gross200406181018.asp) has been read and discussed by the most senior editors at the BBC, including the overall head of news at BBC World.
Since its publication in June, there have been some small changes made to BBC Middle East coverage. For example, the much-listened to BBC world service radio has started mentioning on a more regular basis that those carrying out ethnic cleansing, systematic mass rape, and possibly genocide against Black African Sudanese are Arabs. Although the BBC is still deliberately downplaying who the perpetrators of these crimes are, its coverage is an improvement.
Now, the BBC has published what appears to be their most sympathetic ever portrait of Gaza's Jewish population:
"In pictures: Gaza settlers speak out"
It should be noted that as far as I can tell this photo essay appears so far only on the "UK edition" of the BBC's website, not the "World edition" which is read throughout much of the world outside the UK.
