I apologize, but (not being an organization, or having my own server), I simply don't have the resources to add anyone else on to this already very large list. The list is closed to anyone other than persons working as journalists, or in government or diplomatic jobs, or for particular NGOs and universities. AND AN IMPORTANT NOTE FOR THOSE THAT DO RECEIVE THE DISPATCHES BY EMAIL...

There are constant problems with spam filters blocking some dispatches on this list.

This means that some of you are not receiving particular dispatches even into your spam or bulk mail folders. This is largely because some people haven't yet "confirmed their subscriptions" as I have asked (see the one click link at the foot of each email).

PLEASE CONSIDER SWITCHING TO GMAIL OR YAHOO

There are many thousands of people on this list. But the following are particularly troublesome email services in sometimes blocking dispatches. A great deal of my time is taken up deleting bounced email messages and resending dispatches individually to people using these email providers.

So it would make my life much easier if persons using one of the email providers listed below would kindly consider switching to a more reliable service for the purpose of receiving these dispatches.

I can recommend both Gmail and Yahoo, neither of which has ever blocked these dispatches.
